Don’t want to compete in the Fabricator Olympics, but have a special eye for art and a knack for competition? We’re excited to announce for 2025 that we’re adding an art competition to the event.

All materials and tools will be provided.

5 artists will be selected to take a pile of metal and turn it into a functional piece of art. Artists will only be told what material they have to work with a few days before the competition. They then have only a few hours to take what they have and turn it into a piece of art that serves a purpose. What that purpose is, is up to you, but it can’t just look cool.

The winner will be voted on by the event attendees and competitors and the top artist wins a special prize from Lincoln Electric!
