Gates Open
Doors open to the public. Get in early, find your crew, and get a feel for the grounds. Competitors check in by 8:45am.
9:00 AM
Opening Ceremony
We kick the day off at the main stage. This is where we set the tone for everything that follows. Don't miss it.
9:30 AM — All Day
Main Competition
50 competitors. 7 challenges. Scored on speed and accuracy. Watch from the spectator area as the best welders and fabricators in the nation go to work.
All Day
Metal Art Competition
5 artists. Identical materials. 7 hours. Watch every cut, weld, and grind as raw steel becomes something extraordinary right in front of you.
Special Opportunity — All Day
Weld on the 9/11 Memorial Tribute
Attendees will have the chance to add their own weld to the 9/11 Memorial Tribute piece by metal artist Jerry Boertzel — a piece incorporating actual steel from the Twin Towers. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of something that lasts.

Welding Rig Truck Show
Walk the lot, talk shop, and vote for your favorite rig. Bring yours if you've got it — no registration required. This is all about camaraderie, getting ideas, and seeing what other people are building.

Spectator Games & Activities
Tons of games and hands-on activities throughout the day. Some involve power tools — closed-toe shoes required. Dress accordingly. No need to bring your own PPE — we have everything covered.

Food Trucks On Site
Multiple food trucks available all day. Good food, right on the grounds — no need to leave.

Awards & Wrap Up
Competition winners announced. Rig Show and Art Competition crowd votes tallied. The main event wraps around 5:00pm.
After Party
After Party — Seven Sirens Brewing
The day doesn't end at 5. We've arranged an official after party at Seven Sirens Brewing. Wind down with the crew, swap stories from the day, and keep the energy going.

Don't Show Up
Unprepared
Buy tickets ahead of time. It makes for a much smoother day — for you and our volunteers. Don't make the line longer than it needs to be.
No open-toe shoes. Some spectator games involve power tools. Closed-toe shoes required. Dress for a working event.
Leave your PPE at home. We have everything covered for all games and activities. Just show up ready to participate.
Bring your rig if you've got one. No registration required — just pull into the show area. This day is about camaraderie, ideas, and seeing what other people are building.
You're in good company. We already have attendees locked in from 18 different states between the Fabricator Olympics and the Welding Business Summit.
Come ready to talk. This is a day built around camaraderie — meeting people who do what you do, getting ideas for your setup, and connecting with the best crowd in the trades.
