Volunteers play one of the most important roles in our event's success. From the moment the gates open to the final award, every part of the day runs because of people who show up and put in the work.
Fly in a couple of days early and stay a couple of days late. Not only will you be helping a great cause and making a huge difference in the experience for each of our guests — the Fabricator Olympics family and our core team of volunteers get to connect on a different level during those days. It's truly something everyone should be a part of.
With our 2027 Festival additions, we're expecting more than 2,000 attendees. That's a lot of work for our current volunteers — and we need more hands on deck.

📸 Photography & Videography
Capture the competition, the crowd, and the culture. Editing and marketing skills also welcome.
🚗 Parking & Welcome Team
First impressions matter. Help attendees get in, get parked, and feel welcome from the start.
🍔 Food & Drinks
Keep the volunteers, judges, and crew fueled throughout the day.
🎮 Game Facilitators & Junior Trades Experience
Run the spectator games, host activities, and help younger guests get hands-on in the Junior Trades Experience.
🎟 Raffle & Silent Auction
Help run raffle sales and the silent auction throughout the day.
🔧 Setup & Tear Down
This event takes months of planning, a week of setup, and another week to tear down. If you have a skill you'd like to volunteer, we'll find a spot for you.
📅 Commitment
We ask for a minimum of 4 hours. Volunteer opportunities are available September 28th through October 6th — before, during, and after the event.
