Capture the competition, the crowd, and the culture. Editing and marketing help also welcome.
🚗 Parking & Welcome Team
First impressions matter. Help attendees get in, get parked, and feel welcomed from the start.
🍔 Food & Drinks
Keep the crew and crowd fueled throughout the day.
🎮 Game Facilitators
Run the spectator games and activities that keep the energy going between heats.
🎟 Raffle Sales
Help run the raffle operation throughout the day.
🔧 Setup & Tear Down
Before and after the event — get the grounds ready and help pack it all back up when it's done.
📅 Commitment
We ask for a minimum of 5 hours. Volunteer opportunities are available September 9th through 13th — before, during, and after the event. Whether you can help with setup days before or tear-down after, there's a role for you.
